By taking part of OzLease 10 Year Leaseback Program, the Insurance Policy for your investment property will need to be arranged on your behalf by an OzLease representative to ensure the correct level of insurance cover is activated and current throughout the 10 year Leaseback Agreement Term/or whilst the property is taking part of our Rental Guarantee program. OzLease have a wide panel of reputable Insurance companies offering to protect your Investment Property taking part of our 10 Year Leaseback Program.

Residential Landlords Cover provides your investment property further financial protection and peace of mind against the most common types of loss or damage that may occur to your Investment Property.

What's Covered?

Flexible nomination of sum insured for the building (Landlords Cover Only)
Fixtures and Fittings

  • Protect your home contents, fixtures and fittings on a New for Old basis against accidental damage, fire, storm, theft, malicious damage, breakage or fixed glass, water damage, impact and fusion.
  • Up to $60,000 cover on contents and fixtures.
  • Cover for malicious damage by tenants.

Legal Expenses

Up to $7,500 for Legal Expenses and Costs.

Legal Liability

Up to $30 million cover for legal liability when bodily injury or third party property damage arises from and occurrence happening in connection with your ownership of the investment property.

Policy Excess: $500.00 to $1,000.00 Per Claim/Event
